    Refunds
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
    Exchanges
    • We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange.
    Non-Returnable Items
    • Used or damaged mobile accessories due to customer mishandling.
    • Opened fragrance products (perfumes, attars, oils, etc.).
    • Clearance or final sale items.
